Timberline shipping policy
Timberline Live Pet Foods currently ships using UPS Overnight service. After years of research and development into the packaging of our orders we felt it was only right to use a premium service to deliver your order. Shipping rates are determined by what product and quantity is chosen. Our site will give you your shipping rate once you place the product in your shopping cart. Orders received until 3:00 pm CST are shipped the same day, Monday through Thursday. For an additional fee Saturday delivery is available. Because most our products are perishable, we strongly urge orders Monday through Thursday. For the health of the product, we reserve the right to restrict shipments to certain days and methods. Timberline Live Pet Foods services all continental United States of America including Alaska but we CAN NOT ship to Hawaii. Once your order is placed and you receive an order number you will receive an email with your UPS tracking information once the order has been shipped. You can also log into your account and check the status of your order. Should you not receive your order or have an order issue please contact us by filling out our contact form, email at websales@timberlinefisheries.com or if online live chat with us.
All claims for DOA or other issues must be submitted within 72 hours of receiving your order.
How do I return an item?
Timberline Live Pet Foods does not accept returns, however if you have an order issue please contact us and we will resolve it. There are four ways to contact us, the first way is to call us at 800.423.2248, secondly you can fill out our contact form.
