Shipping policy

After years of testing, Timberline Live Pet Foods ships all live insects using UPS Next Day Air service.  Shipping rates are determined based on products ordered and the destination address.

Our site will give you your shipping rate once you place the product in your shopping cart. Orders prior to 5:00 pm EST are shipped the same day, Monday through Thursday. Orders placed after 5:00 pm EST are held and shipped the following Monday.

For an additional fee Saturday delivery is available. For the health of the product, we reserve the right to restrict shipments to certain days and methods. Timberline Live Pet Foods services all continental United States of America including Alaska but we CANNOT ship to Hawaii.

Once your order is placed and you receive an order number you will receive an email with your UPS tracking information once the order has been shipped. You can also login to your account and check the status of your order.
